Chuck's wife, Darlene, hails from Walled Lake,
Michigan. Darlene handles the rigorous day-to-day administrative
duties. Without her skills handling the tedious and sometimes endless
paperwork Prater-Built would suffer greatly. She methodically ensures that
our employees' needs and well-being are maintained. In addition, she
professionally deals with vendors and never hesitates to hunt down a special
doorknob if needed to meet customer needs.
